The region Abruzzo

The region Abruzzo has all the necessary things that you can search in a holiday : the wonderful sea, that gets every year different blue flags of honour like one of the most clean places of Adriatic sea, the virgin mountains rich of flora and fauna , that’s why it is called the region of parks and besides that – a countryside with little towns, where to live fully gastronomic and wine traditions of a region.

Abruzzo offers many protected areas for whom loves the nature, where you can appreciate a contact with a virgin nature. There are 3 natural parks : Natural Park of Abruzzo , Natural Park of Maiella and the Natural Park of Gran Sasso and of the Laga mountains. Besides that there are many naturalistic oases and reserves.

Also in Abruzzo you can practise many sports in the mountains (like rock climbing , skiing etcetera) and also in the sea (like surfing , swimming and ecetera).

Abruzzo calls up many tourists, italians and foreigners, also for it’s bathing structures and beaches like Tortoreto, Alba Adriatica, Giulianova, Silvi Marina and Vasto.

Inside the country you can find medieval and antique towns rich of art and traditions like Atri, Campli, Civitella del Tronto.
